Data collected for the first time is called raw data.
Organisation of Data
Data can be organised using:

Tally Marks
Tally marks are used to count items easily.

Pictograph
A pictograph represents data using pictures or symbols.
Bar Graph
A bar graph represents data using bars of equal width.
Each bar shows the quantity of data.
