Lithosphere (Land)
The Lithosphere is the solid land part of the Earth.
It includes:
- Mountains
- Plains
- Plateaus
- Continents
The Seven Continents
- Asia
- Africa
- North America
- South America
- Europe
- Australia
- Antarctica
Hydrosphere (Water)
The Hydrosphere includes all the water on Earth.
It includes:
- Oceans
- Seas
- Rivers
- Lakes
The Five Oceans
- Pacific Ocean
- Atlantic Ocean
- Indian Ocean
- Southern Ocean
- Arctic Ocean
Atmosphere (Air)
The Atmosphere is the blanket of air around the Earth.
It protects us and gives us oxygen to breathe.
Biosphere (Life)
The Biosphere is the narrow zone where land, water, and air meet.
All plants, animals, and humans live here.
