Q1. Find the cube of 7.

Solution:

Cube of a number = number × number × number

7³ = 7 × 7 × 7 = 343

Answer: Cube of 7 = 343

Q2. Find the cube of −5.

Solution:

(−5)³ = −5 × −5 × −5

= −125

Answer: Cube of −5 = −125

Q3. Find the cube root of 125.

Solution:

125 = 5 × 5 × 5

∛125 = 5

Answer: Cube root of 125 = 5

Q4. Find the cube root of 1728.

Solution:

1728 = 12 × 12 × 12

∛1728 = 12

Answer: Cube root of 1728 = 12

Solution:
